Day 1

Submit your ORIGINAL documents at Abstract before 17th Jan, 2022 (For Aug/Sept Intake)

Day 2

Receieve Admission Confirmation

On 07 April (Master’s) 13 April (Bachelor’s)
Student will have to patiently wait till the mentioned dates.

Day 3

Pay tuition fees before the deadline

In case of Visa Rejection 300-800 Euros(Depending upon Universities) are deducted.

Day 4

Prepare bank balance in Applicant's Account

Day 5

Receive Final Admission Results

Day 6

Pay the Security Deposit

Day 7

Applicants might be called for Interview in Embassy of Sweden in New Delhi, India in some cases

Day 8

Attend the Interview

Apply for the Visa. Pay the Visa Application Charge at the Embassy.

Day 9

After Visa Grant, make necessary travel arrangements and travel before late August.

For Bachelors Level:

Minimum +2 completed
Percentage: At least 50% or equivalent (requirements change as per colleges/ universities)
Gaps: Reasonable gaps upto 5 years is accepted
IELTS / TOEFL/PTE: At least 6.5 (not less than 5.5 in each band) or equivalent

For Masters Level:

Minimum Bachelors completed
Percentage: At least 50% or equivalent (requirements change as per colleges/ universities)
Gaps: Reasonable gaps upto 5 years is accepted
IELTS / TOEFL/PTE: At least 6.5 (not less than 5.5 in each band) or equivalent

Bachelor graduates from Kathmandu University, UK/American Universities and from INDIAN universities in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Medicine, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or Technology can apply without IELTS

Another year after that , you can apply for Citizenship as well.
