Itinerary

Day 1

Submit Your Documents At Abstract

– Academic Documents
– Passport
– Processing Charge

Day 2

Receive the offer letter withing 1-2 weeks

Day 3

Prepare Demand Draft or Pay the fees as per the college

Day 4

Prepare Ward Documents and financial documents

– Income Source
– Birth Certificate
– Relationship Certificate
– Tax Clearance Certificate
– Address Verification
– Bank Balance and statement of at least 3 months (Around NRs 30 lakhs)

Day 5

Apply for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

– It must be attested by a) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, Kathmandu and b) the Honorary Consulate of Greece in Kathmandu or the Embassy of Nepal in New Delhi
– The validity of Police Clearance Certificates should be not more than three (3) months from the date of submission of the application at the Visa Application Centre for Greece.

Day 6

Prepare a Travel Medical Insurance

It can be made from any Insurance Company in Nepal.
It might cost between NRs 22,000 to 45,000

Day 7

Submit Your documetns at the VFS in Kathmandu

Day 8

Students will get the details regarding the interview withing 1-3 weeks.

After receiving the date for the interview, visit the Embassy of Greece in New Delhi with all the documents (Refer to the Overview section)

Day 9

Receive the visa decision

– Transfer 1 year fees
– Pay the Service Charge
– Make travel arrangements
